Due to the nature of digital services and algorithmic trading tools, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Once you subscribe to a plan and gain access to our trading algorithms and signals, the service is considered delivered.

2. Case-by-Case Exceptions
While our general policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the initial purchase under the following conditions:
- Technical issues on our end that prevented access to the service
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Service was significantly different from what was described
Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be considered.

- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Change of mind after accessing the trading tools
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date

6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be applied
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period
